Barcode Verification

The Barcode & Variable Data Verification is an optional module to PrintVision / Helios II automatic inspection platform. It inspects and verifies 100% of all printed linear (1D) and matrix (2D) barcodes,
as well as its corresponding human readable.

The Barcode module alerts immediately on any barcode quality or readability problem when installed on a printing press or on a Rewinder. The Helios II’s easy-to-use interface makes set-up and inspection of barcodes and variable data items, fast and intuitive.

 
The Barcode module can verify and grade various linear and matrix code, as well as verify variable data barcodes, compare to the corresponding human readable number and verify against a database.
The system also supports E-Pedigree standards and workflow, used in the pharmaceutical market to track and trace pharmaceutical products.
