IDEal - DeltaE Measurement

Integrated in the PrintVision platform, the IDEal module performs in-line color measurement of specific, pre-defined color areas on the repeat. Operator can set areas of interest in the repeat or at Color Bar area, and the system performs in-line color measurement of these areas. 

The system displays the different color values (such as ΔE & ΔLab) as well as a graphical display of the color variation compared to the saved master values. Operator can set a specific ΔE threshold for each color area and the system alerts when the color variation exceeds the required tolerance.
 
At the end of the printed roll, the IDEal can generate a report of the color measurement values.
