Yehoshua Agassi
Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Agassi has served as CEO & President of Scitex Corporation Ltd from 2001 until 2003 , In parallel Mr. Agassi has served as Executive Vice President of Clal Industries and Investments Ltd. one of Israels largest investment and holding companies in Israel. During 2000, Mr. Agassi served as General Manager of Leumicard Ltd., one of Israels leading credit card services owned by Bank Leumi. From 1993 until 1998, Mr. Agassi served as the General Manager of Israeli Direct Insurance Company (IDI), a direct insurer located in Tel Aviv, which he co-founded in 1993. Mr. Agassi has earned an MBA in Marketing from Bar Ilan University, as well as a B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University. Currently Mr. Agassi is the chairman of the board of two privately owned companies.

Ytzhak Edelman

Mr. Edelman joined AVT Board of Directors  as of December 2010. Mr. Edelman currently serves as a Director in both Boards of Directors of Bezeq, The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Limited  and Leumi Partners Underwriters Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Edelman served as a Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at
Ness Technologies, Inc., and as Chief Financial Officer at Cellcom Israel Ltd. Mr. Edelman holds a BA in Finance and Economics from Tel-Aviv University, and is a graduate of the General Manager Program at Harvard Business School.

Arie Weisberg

Mr. Weisberg joined AVT Board of Directors  as of December 2010. Mr. Weisberg currently serves as a Director in the Board of Directors at Orbotech Ltd., and as an independent advisor.
Prior to that, Mr. Weisberg held several executive positions, most recently as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Orbotech, and as the Chairman of the Board at Orbograph and Frontline.  Mr. Weisberg holds a BSc. in Agriculture Economics from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Ofer Neeman

Ofer Neeman was born and raised in Kibbutz Yechiam in the Western Galilee, Israel. He joined Evergreen in 1996 as CEO and President of Evergreen, a leading private equity firm in Israel. In 1998 became c-owner together with founder Jacob Burak. In 2005 management of Evergreen was handed over to the younger generation of managers and partners. Ofer is Chairman of Beterem (Safe Kids Israel) as well as a member of the Advisory Board of The School of Government of Tel Aviv University. Ofer holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School executive program.

Dan Falk

Mr. Dan Falk joined the board as of May 2014. Mr. Falk is a business consultant to public and private companies. During 1999 to 2000, Mr. Falk served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Sapiens International NV.  Prior to that, Mr. Falk served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Orbotech Ltd. Mr. Falk serves as a member of various companies’ boards of directors such as Orbotech Ltd., Nice Systems Ltd., Ormat Technologies, Inc., Attunity Ltd.,  (all of which are companies publicly traded in the United States),  and serves as the chairman of the board of Orad Hi-Tec Systems Ltd. (publicly traded in Europe). Mr. Falk holds a BA degree in economics and political sciences and an MBA degree, both from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Adina Shorr

Adina Shorr joined the board in May 2014.  Adina serves as the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Lucidlogix, an Andorid software solutions start-up for the mobile space. Adina brings with her extensive experience in leadership and management of technology, systems and solutions stemming from over 25 year career at the high-tech sector both in the United States and Israel. Prior to Lucid Adina was the CEO of CellGuide, and prior to that she held the position of President and CEO of Objet Ltd. Prior to Objet, Adina served as Corporate Vice President of Creo, Leaf Products, and during her tenure at Scitex, she also served as the President of Scitex Input Division. Prior to her return to Israel Adina worked in the USA for IBM and for Unisys in Corporate Program Management and sales.
Adina holds an MBA and a BA both with honors from Michigan State University in East Lansing.
