Ytzhak Edelman

Mr. Edelman joined AVT Board of Directors  as of December 2010. Mr. Edelman currently serves as a Director in both Boards of Directors of Bezeq, The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Limited  and Leumi Partners Underwriters Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Edelman served as a Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at
Ness Technologies, Inc., and as Chief Financial Officer at Cellcom Israel Ltd. Mr. Edelman holds a BA in Finance and Economics from Tel-Aviv University, and is a graduate of the General Manager Program at Harvard Business School.
