AVT Names Windell McGill President Of The Americas

Vision Inspection Industry Veteran Rejoins Company After Previous 15-year Tenure; Will Replace Amir Dekel

Advanced Vision Technology (AVT) Ltd – the world leader in print inspection, print process control, and quality assurance – has named Windell McGill as President of the Americas.  In this position Mr. McGill, who will work from AVT’s Atlanta, GA offices, will manage all activities in North and Latin America including sales, marketing and customer support. 

Mr. McGill is replacing outgoing President Amir Dekel, who is leaving the company after one year in this position.  Mr. Dekel has been with AVT since 2001, and had been Vice President of Marketing prior to his tenure as President of the Americas.

In succeeding Mr. Dekel, Mr. McGill is actually rejoining AVT, having previously served 15 years with the company, most recently as Vice President of Sales for North America.  Overall, he has more than 25 years of experience in the graphic arts industry, including former sales management positions  with Autologic/Triple-I, Scitex, Dalim Software GmbH and HP Indigo.
