Field Service Engineer (Opto-Mechanics)

Responsibilities
In your role at AVT, you will:
- Travel between customers sites throughout Spain and Europe
- Responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting/repair of AVT Hardware
- Instruct the customer about the day-to-day use and maintenance of their AVT hardware
- Work in close collaboration with the regional Service manager, Sales, and customer support teams to quickly resolve any issues on site
- Submit detailed service visit reports and facilitate spare part requests/returns
Qualifications
Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:
- Electrical/electronic engineering qualification or a college diploma
- Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customers concerns
- Good level of mechanical exposure/experience
- Good knowledge of software applications, operating systems/PC’s/networks
- Fluent in Spanish and English, other European languages are a plus
