Responsibilities

In your role at AVT, you will:

  • Travel between customers sites throughout Spain and Europe
  • Responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting/repair of AVT Hardware
  • Instruct the customer about the day-to-day use and maintenance of their AVT hardware
  • Work in close collaboration with the regional Service manager, Sales, and customer support teams to quickly resolve any issues on site
  • Submit detailed service visit reports and facilitate spare part requests/returns
Qualifications

Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:

  • Electrical/electronic engineering qualification or a college diploma
  • Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customers concerns
  • Good level of mechanical exposure/experience
  • Good knowledge of software applications, operating systems/PC’s/networks
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, other European languages are a plus
