About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Manual QA Engineer who is comfortable working on multidisciplinary systems.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys complex environments, thinks analytically, and takes ownership of product quality.
If you like testing real systems, working closely with development and engineering teams, and operating in a dynamic environment where no two testing days are the same – this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

You will focus on testing complete inspection systems, not just individual features or UI flows.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing manual test cases based on system‑level requirement
  • Testing inspection systems that combine software, firmware, vision components and hardware
  • Validating end‑to‑end behavior, including data flow, processing logic, and system outputs
  • Logging defects clearly, following them through resolution, and validating fixes
  • Analyzing logs and inspection results to investigate failures and identify root causes
  • Taking ownership of QA activities in your assigned areas
  • Working closely with developers and system engineers to understand system behavior and integration
Qualifications

You are likely to succeed if you:

  • Have 2+ years of manual software testing experience
  • B.Sc. degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Computer Science/related field
  • Are comfortable testing end‑to‑end, multidisciplinary systems
  • Pay attention to details and value clear, structured documentation
  • Take responsibility for issues and push until they are fully resolved
  • Communicate well and work effectively in cross‑functional teams

Skills and Experience:

  • Practical knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices
  • Experience writing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
  • Strong analytical skills and curiosity when investigating unexpected behavior
  • Basic working knowledge of SQL (e.g., SELECT, WHERE, JOIN) for validation and debugging
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, REST APIs, protocols)
  • Familiarity with AI tools for boosting productivity (e.g., writing test plans, analyzing test results, or creating scripts to support manual testing)
  • Ability to evaluate data‑driven inspection results and edge cases
  • Willingness to travel abroad up to four times per year for on‑site testing and collaboration

What We Offer
  • Meaningful work with real impact on the global print industry
  • A strong, supportive team culture
  • Hybrid work options
  • Growth, learning, and training opportunities
  • Healthy work-life balance
  • Competitive benefits & perks
