Team Leader Planner (Temp)

In your role at AVT, you will:
• Build production and supply plans based on forecasts, MRP outputs, and customer orders
• Create procurement and material pull plans according to MRP recommendations and established routines
• Manage material shortages and resolve supply-related issues
• Participate in ECO (Engineering Change Order) processes and support transfer from development to production
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including monthly inventory tracking and reporting
• Manage products that are under EOL (End of Life) processes
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Logistics
Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:
• 3+ years of work experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in production planning, supply planning, or a similar operational planning role
• Hands-on experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes
• Experience in a technology/manufacturing company, preferably with in-house production – an advantage
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
• Advanced Excel skills
• Good English communication skills, including working with global teams and suppliers
