A print quality control system is essential for maintaining consistent performance in label and packaging production. As the industry evolves, AVT (Advanced Vision Technology) continues to enhance its offering.

In a major move, the company has announced a significant reduction in spare parts prices for its advanced solutions

A Strategic Move for Every Print Quality Control System

This decision marks one of AVT’s first major steps since becoming a standalone business under new ownership. As part of this transition, the company is reducing spare parts prices for its print inspection solutions.

Importantly, this move comes directly in response to customer feedback. It also addresses key needs across the label and flexible packaging industries.

“We are proud to announce a significant and permanent reduction in the prices of our spare parts,” said Roy Porat, CEO of AVT. “This move marks a pivotal moment in the journey of AVT as an independent company. It is this independence that has enabled us to reduce prices while maintaining the top-of-the-line quality and service of print inspection equipment we deliver to our customers. This step reinforces our commitment to listening to customers and acting on their needs,” he said.

Porat explained that the move had been enabled by AVT separating from Esko earlier this year and re-establishing itself as a standalone company. “Since becoming our own business again, we have the independence, agility and flexibility to make bold, impactful decisions like these that put our customers first and enhance the value of every print quality control system we deliver,” he said. “We have the freedom to take major steps and decisions as part of a strategic customer-centric shift to meet our customer needs, without the policies and complexity of a major corporation.”

Addressing Customer Pain Points

AVT conducted voice-of-customer research across its global user community. Through this process, the company identified key areas where it could provide the most value.

“Importantly, this is not just a promotion, or a campaign offering a limited-time discount,” said Porat.

“This is a totally new direction for AVT. The spare parts pricing shift is part of a broader transformation. In addition, we are investing in connectivity and AI-driven analytics. These efforts aim to maximize uptime and reduce unplanned downtime,” he said.

The new spare parts pricing is in effect now
